A New Chapter Begins...

After several beautiful years filled with meals, stories, and shared moments around the table, Caponatina Lab has naturally grown into a new chapter of my life.

Today, that chapter lives at Noi Due Farm – The Kitchen — my home and my small farm in Woodside, California.

A place shaped by my Italian roots, years of cooking experience, and a deep connection to the land and the seasons.

This is where I live, cook, grow, and welcome people.

And now, in a dedicated and fully permitted kitchen, I’m finally able to offer the experiences I’ve been working toward for so long: intimate farm-to-table dinners, hands-on cooking experiences, and shared agriturismo-style lunches — all inspired by Italian tradition and simple, nourishing food.

Noi Due Farm – The Kitchen is more than a place to eat.
It’s a table meant for sharing, a slower rhythm, and a way of coming together that feels like home.
