After several wonderful years filled with meals, stories, and shared moments around the table, Caponatina Lab has entered a new chapter.

This evolution is the result of years of learning, my transition into farm life, and a growing commitment to a more sustainable way of living — one deeply connected to nature and the seasons.

My Italian roots and traditions have also played a meaningful role in guiding this journey.

Today, my work continues in a new home —a place where everything I’ve learned, cooked, grown, and dreamed finally comes together.

 

Only the final steps remain. In January 2026, this new chapter will open — still guided by my passion for simple, nourishing, authentic Italian cuisine.
